The Booga Baby Refund & Return Policy

At The Booga Baby, our mission is simple: to bring you baby products that make life easier, comfier, and a whole lot sweeter. We stand behind the quality of everything we sell and want you to feel confident when you shop with us.

We recommend giving your new product a good try for at least 14 days: enough time to let it work its magic. If you’re still not happy after 14 days (and it’s within our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee), just let us know and we’ll make it right. You can reach us anytime at hello@theboogababy.com.

 

Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? No problem. as long as it’s within 24 hours of placing your order, we can cancel or update it for you. After that, your order is already on its way through our processing system and we may not be able to make changes.
If we do cancel within that window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

 

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

We truly believe you’ll love your Booga Baby product , but if not, you have 60 days from your delivery date to return it. We just ask that you give it at least 14 days first so you can really see the difference it makes. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

To start a return, simply fill out the Contact Us form on our website or email us at hello@theboogababy.com. Please include your Order Number or the name and email address you used at checkout so we can help you quickly.

 

Damaged Items

We pack every order with care, but if your item arrives with a defect or physical damage, please email us at hello@theboogababy.com within 72 hours of delivery. Include a clear photo of the damage so we can review and arrange a replacement if eligible, at no extra cost to you.
Please note: damaged packaging (like a dented box) with an intact product isn’t considered damage. We can’t refund or replace items damaged from normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents.

 

Shipping & Delivery

We work hard to get your order to you quickly, but sometimes delays happen due to the courier, customs, or other factors outside our control. If you experience a delay, please reach out to the courier first, as they’ll have the most up-to-date info.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are with the courier.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours. After that, we can’t guarantee changes and you may not be eligible for a resend or refund.
