The Booga Baby Shipping Policy

At The Booga Baby, we believe shopping for your little one should be stress-free, which is why shipping is always FREE on every order, no matter how big or small.

Order Processing Times

We know you’re excited to get your goodies, and we work hard to get them out the door fast. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and hand your order off to our shipping carrier.
Once it’s in their hands, your package is officially on its way!
During busy seasons or holidays, processing can take up to 7 business days, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping time depends on where you are, but here’s the general idea:

🇺🇸 United States: 5–7 business days after dispatch
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 8-9 days after dispatch
🇦🇺 Australia: 5–9 business days after dispatch

Please note: couriers can sometimes run into delays (holidays, weather, customs, etc.). These are outside our control, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated if things slow down.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Double-check your shipping info at checkout. We want your order to get to you without any hiccups.
If you spot a mistake, email us at hello@theboogababy.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to fix it, but can’t guarantee changes after that window since your order may already be in motion.

Delayed Delivery

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but sometimes life happens: from weather delays to courier hiccups.
If there’s a holdup, we’ll work with the courier to get your package moving again and keep you in the loop.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is handed to the courier, it’s literally out of our hands, but that doesn’t mean we won’t help.
If your package is lost or stolen, reach out to us at hello@theboogababy.com and we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the courier. In some cases, we may be able to send a replacement depending on the situation.
